Born and trained in China, Master Tsao is the 12th generation direct-line lineage holder of Chen Style Tai Chi.
A gold medalist and former champion from China Master Tsao has been practising Tai Chi for over 50 years
including 10 years of intensive study with
Grandmaster Li Deyin in Beijing.
Master Tsao holds a PhD in Wushu from Shanghai Sports University, is a Qigong therapist, and alternative medicine and wellness consultant who specialises in self-healing, preventive therapies, stress management and
mind-body wellness.
Supporting diversity and encouraging the advancement
of all styles of tai chi and qigong,
Master Tsao founded Tai Chi Healthways which is internationally recognised as a leader
in tai chi and qigong education.
Master Tsao has been conducting workshops, seminars and training tours internationally since 2005 regularly visiting Germany, France, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Russia and Greece.
OCTOBER 2023 marks his third visit to Australia and his return to the Tai Chi Centre here in Newcastle NSW.
